    I have been buying Nardos lip balm for about 8 years. I love it but the last two times I ordered it its come in with some or all of them yellow and cracking before I even open them. I know they are a creamy color but all of the ones I got this time were yellow and cracked. Seems like the product is old upon arrival. They sent me new ones when it happened last time but lm not sure if Im going to keep ordering or find something new.

    Store owner replied: Thank you for your honest feedback and I apologize for the issue! The beeswax dried too quickly which can cause cracking - it does not affect the product in anyway but I do apologize for the issue. Our team is currently producing a brand new batch and we are making sure the organic beeswax dries slowly :-) As soon as it is complete we are sending you a replacement for the 3pack! -Danny Nardo

    Awesome Lip Balm This has to be one of the best Lip Balms I've ever tried. Very Moisturizing! I'll put it on before bed and it is still on when I wake up in the morning. It doesn't dry my lips out overnight like other brands do. I'd definitely recommend!

    Simply the best First of all, I live in Germany now so if I make all the effort to still want to get this product, it is because there is no better one. I travel a lot and are obviously going through dry, wet, cold, freezing, windy, sunny, scorching conditions: anywhere, anytime, if I have the Nardo's lipbalms with me, I never have an issue, despite my very delicate lips. this product has saved my life and the fact that is natural has done so even more, since it is on our lips and we obviously get to ingest some of it! Thank you Nardo's brothers for your dedication and passion!

    Never going back This is the first product I ever tried from the Nardos line, all due to a total coincidence that goes to show the generosity & ambition the Nardos exhibit in their business. I worked at a cafe in St. Pete at the time, and for the anniversary of the grand opening of the cafe, the Nardos brothers personally dropped off a gift basket containing their lip balm among a few other products. I hadn't thought much of it, but a few months later I started taking accutane which horribly dried out my lips. I forgot my chapstick to work one day and was miserable until I remembered the lip balm in the gift basket. The second I put it on, my lips felt so soft and relieved. Within two days my cracked, blistering lips were completely healed. I was astonished. I had been putting aquafor on my lips three times a day and it didn't even begin to compare to the moisture and nourishment the Nardos lip balm offered. I kept going back to replace my miracle lip balm when I'd run out or lose it (which was often) and eventually was offered a free sample of their face moisturizer. Just like I was with the lip balm, I was blown away with the quality of the product. I now use five of their products religiously and can't wait to try more. I'm a complete Nardos nut and I'm never going back! Thank you Nardos!!

    Best Balm Ever I love Nardo lip balms, especially the night time version without sunscreen. When I ran out while traveling I could tell a difference within 24 hours. As soon as I got home I ordered the 3 pack. For daytime I like the Vanilla with sunscreen. Great products!

    fantastic lip balm I have a dental problem that results in cracks in the corners of my mouth, hey r very painful and sometimes last for weeks do to a dental appointment my mouth cracked really bad, I had a tube of Nardo's peppermint lip balm decided to try it, 3 days later my mouth was healed, I could hardly believe it, this has never happened before, it was truly amazing, I will never again b without this amazing miracle lip balm. love it
