I need to update my experience after complaining that the grapefruit soap had no smell of grapefruit. One of the Nardo brothers contacted me on the phone, no less, to explain that the grapefruit smell doesn't infuse very well and they are going to discontinue that one. He then offered me a choice of the other fragrances and replaced all of the soap bars plus giving me a complimentary full-sized facial wash. I have never had such great service!

I wrote a separate email concerning this, but perhaps you haven't seen it yet. I ordered several of the "grapefruit fragrance" soaps to give as gifts. They do not have a grapefruit smell at all. In fact, my daughter said it smelled rancid and asked when I bought them. I also think it has a rancid smell. So that's the negative. On the plus side, they do seem to suds up very well and leave my hands soft.

5 STAR My skin does not feel dry after washing with the pink grapefruit soap. It is hard to find a soap that is chemical free and especially one that works. So happy that I ordered and found your line. Great customer service and fast shipping, it arrive in 2 days. I read all of the ingredients and there is not 1 harmful chemical. Nice job Nardo's:)
