June Treats

June Treats

Just like our skincare, we like to keep our snacks natural. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite go-to ideas that give us an extra boost. Try them for yourself or use them as a springboard and get creative in the kitchen!

Avocado Smash

½ Avocado, cubed

Add the following to taste:

Fresh lemon juice

Himalayan Pink Salt

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Mix together all the ingredients, making the avocado as smooth or chunky as you like. Serve atop your favorite crispbread or alongside cut-up veggies (jicama, carrots, pepper strips).

  • Midday Mix
  • We love a go-to sweet and salty mix—it’s the best of both worlds!

Combine equal parts of each ingredient in a large bowl. Store in a glass jar to stay fresh up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!).

    Chocolate-Covered Cherry

    Roasted Almonds

    Dried, Unsweetened Cherries

    Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)

    Dark Chocolate, Chopped

    Berry Good

    Unsweetened Freeze-dried Strawberries

    Dried, Unsweetened Mango, chopped

    Roasted Pecans

  • Quinoa and Veggie Salad
  • 3 cups quinoa, cooked and still warm

    1 pint cherry tomatoes, split

    1 English cucumber, chopped

    ¼ cup red onion, chopped

    ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

    4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

    2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

    Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste

    Black Pepper, to taste

Combine the first four ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the oil and vinegar together. Pour over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and let rest for the flavors to combine. Before serving, mix in the Feta.
